What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Download https://gist.github.com/0f72d15dc9f61d7b53ce 2. Run a rack app on nginx 3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The PATH_INFO should change for each request and not be the same as
DOCUMENT_ROOT. What version of Phusion Passenger are you using? Which version of Rails? On what operating system? Passenger 2.2.1, Rack 0.9.1 on Debian Lenny and Mac OS X

This is kind of a big one since it breaks Sinatra and metal apps in Rails as well.
