Correct invalid SHA256 checksum for PCRE 8.39 #1833

This is SHA256 for pcre-8.39.tar.bz2 but installer download pcre-8.39.tar.gz (see here). Right?

You are right, I added the .tar.bz2 hash in this commit by mistake. It should have been the .tar.gz hash. The original hash is still invalid though, the correct hash for the pcre-8.39.tar.gz is ccdf7e788769838f8285b3ee672ed573358202305ee361cfec7a4a4fb005bbc7.

I force pushed the correction to the branch.
