Recent changes to dnsmasq's logging routine leads to imprecise logging when the Mozilla canary domain is blocked. Furthermore, the reply type was displayed as BLOB in the Query Log even though this should have been NXDOMAIN.

This PR fixes both issues and adds an explicit test for the expected API response.

…res logging is correct and that the web interface will show the correct status.
