xUnit 2 is out in the wild, and while SpecFlow does not yet officially support xUnit 2 (it can be made to work) I want to be prepared.

Create a project in https://github.com/picklesdoc/pickles-testresults for xUnit 2.
manually change the generated code (yuk).
Add a new test result parser
We'll probably need some DTOs to model the XML structure

Released in version 2.2.0.
