Grid filter for Multiselection field lacks leading/trailing commas in SQL condition #3584

Multiselection field values are stored with leading/trailing/separating comma, but the grid filter won't generate leading/trailing commas for filter values in the SQL WHERE condition.

This leads to broken filters if one Multiselection value happens to be part of another (like having for example two filter values "xxx" and "xxxxxx").

Test case:

Set up a Field of type MultiSelection with values "xxx" and "xxxxxx":

The filter won't work for value "xxx" (e.g. won't filter the second row in the example)...

...because the generated condition is:

instead of:
... ((multiselectLIKE '%,xxx,%')) ...
