change initial site fixture to use "Pinax" instead of "Example Site"

We made the original change from "Pinax" to "Example Site" because it helped the confusion on what exactly Pinax is. Why are we going back?

Well, the original change was to use the Site name rather than the Pinax logo so it could be changed more easily.
