NES Control Deck mainboard uses an inverter as an audio amplifier,
and it does a poor job of separating digital and analog signals.
A few signals on some boards pass through the same inverter as
audio. These include PPU A13 and the player 2 controller clock.
Build-time options to set PPU A13 high and disable reading
controller 2 may prove useful for measuring this effect.
