Improovement: stop saving savefiles, when disk is full #4693

Because it just happend, pioneer continued to save files, when the disk run full. (not pioneers fault). But instead of a warning, that the savefile can't be written to disk, it destroyed 3 other autosavefiles before i noticed the full disk.

Simple improovement: Pause Game - Requester "Your Disk is full! Please make room" [Try Again]

btw: for some bizarre reason, it also destroyed the config.ini.

Those settings have not been changed, which means, no reason to overwrite config.ini

It looks like, the fault tolerance of pioneer needs some more improovements.

Fedora Linux.. but i don't think, that this matters. If fault protection would have been in already, it would be a basic feature completly os independent.
