BR: Tooltips for huge trees sometimes can't show all the titles, because of screen's height limit #182

Currently, if you have: 1. a huge tree with many tabs.
2. "Show tree contents in tooltips on tabs" checkbox checked.
when you hover over a 1st tab of any tree - there appears a tooltip that contains all titles of the tabs in the selected tree.
But they are listed in a single column, so part of them stays not shown due to the limits of the screen's height.
If you'd use multiple columns - then more titles could be shown.

I agree that huge tooltips for tree of tabs are very annoying. I hope to solve this issue anyway.

However, multi-columned tree seems confusable for me - it seems incompatible with nested trees, like:

* tab-A     |* tab-A-6    |  * tab-A-7-5
  * tab-A-1 |* tab-A-7    |  * tab-A-7-6
  * tab-A-2 |  * tab-A-7-1|* tab-A-8
  * tab-A-3 |  * tab-A-7-2|
  * tab-A-4 |  * tab-A-7-3|
  * tab-A-5 |  * tab-A-7-4|

OK, I've implemented "full tooltip" with arrowscrollbox.

I think this is better than the old one.
