Broken "play" in IE

Jeries Hanoun recently reported: "I noticed that something changed a few days ago on your new script that broke IE's "play" ability."

Thanks Jeries, IE is a real bitch. I will do my best to nail this issue down ASAP.

In a nutshell. IE didn't chew up negative setTimeout timeout from the now abandoned adaptive ticker, broke the chain and refused to play. In development version this is fixed by using the revised adaptive ticker. Which is way better than the one in 1.1.1.

Additionaly, all Internet Explorer issues have been fixed including newly discovered yet unreported too-high indicators in IE 6 ;)
