sensitivity on touch movement

Hey!
Thank for the awesome plugin!

For a project Iam working on I have to lower the sensitivity on touch movement.
Is there a way to do this. I don't mind if I have to alter the source code a bit.

I played with the throwable and brake options, but couldn't get a good result.
It would be cool if I could lower the speed of the movement a bit, but still be able build some speed using the throw option. I hope that makes sense to you.

Any help would be highly appreciated!
