While attempting to use this gem, I ran into a bunch of issues due to the readme being out of date. I know the updated version is still a work in progress however I propose adding a link to the documentation on the jasmine github since it was quite useful to me.

- use an instance of MockAjax for nicer tests - the only global install is `mockAjax` - mockAjax has a `requests` to track requests that have been made - mockAjax has a `stubs` to track stubs that have been registered - use just `install` and `uninstall` to be consistent with clock

Clarify mock request order of operations in README
It wasn't apparent, at least to me, from the README that you specified the test responses AFTER your code started an Ajax request.
