Further compatibility fixes for PHP 8.

Made the following third-party classes compatible with PHP 8:

• Snoopy
• MagpieRSS
• Markdown_Parser

Fixed many warnings.

PivotX is finally compatible with PHP 7 and 8.

• Made no effort to ensure that it still works for PHP 5. Minimum PHP requirement raised to 7.3.
• No new features except support for port number for database connection.
• Several minor security enhancements. (Never trust user input.)

This is a release candidate since it's only tested by one developer.
And even if PivotX itself is PHP 7/8 compatible, many (all?) of your extensions are not.

PS! The PHP 7 compatibility was already added back in 2016, but no release was tagged.
