IE7: "Add a Widget", Widgetize bugs #1027

These are usability issues first observed after the jQuery 1.2.6 update (from 1.2.2).

  1. "Add a widget..." - the screen (and submenu list) jumps when you mouseover "Visitor Settings" or "Visitors", making it difficult to select a widget name. See also #972.

  2. "Add a widget..." - mouseover "Example Widgets" and then "Piwik Changelog" - the preview window is too tall and it isn't scrollable; you can't access any controls to either add the widget to the dashboard or close the window; the Escape key doesn't work.

Anthon, is there the same issue on other browsers, on only in IE7?

I tried in IE8 and there is the same jumping problem, which makes the widget selector unusable. Do we know when this issue was introduced? would like to have it fixed in 0.5.5 if possible :)

Just IE7. (I haven't tried IE8 in native mode.)

I see the same issues in IE8 in native mode.
