The goal of this issue is that for new piwik installations, we should set: use the Anonymized IP addresses when enriching visits. to No. Currently it is set to Yes for new installs, which could cause confusion amongst users.

eg. from @tsteur: I tracked one visit and it thinks I am from Hongkong, probably because it does some IP anonymization.

This is the current behavior after a new install:
default install privacy settings analytics

This prevents wrong geo location by default and should make users less confused.
