This is useful if some distros or custom images ship those rules in this path, so users don't get a warning about already installed udev rule.

This seems crazy that a distro would put udev files in /usr/lib but anyways.

Also I will likely refactor the whole AppRun later, I don't know why I used cat to check for the file when I could have just used the shell built in lol

EDIT: nvm the reason I used cat is because there could be multiple android-udev rules and that would cause it to fail since I'm using a glob.
