Add some more tags to sdk tools

  • start the server without subscriptions/download tags
  • update readme with instructions on how to start with/without certain tools

I like the addition of the patch, update tags, etc. but I was thinking the "server" concept replaces the grouping that you've added with the client names and added with the "tiles" tag.

I was thinking a "server" was a primary grouping and tags were more cross-cutting and had considered breaking apart the sdk server to have the clients each be there own server but I guess this also works OK.

The only conflict comes if/when we start to remove the sdk wrapper tools and replace with hand-rolled tools and the tags start to conflict...

ahh, gotcha, I didn't realize the plan was to break out each sdk client into their own server. I agree, we can tackle that bridge when we get to it if we want to start hand rolling bespoke tools!

wasn't a fully baked plan ... was hoping we would have more hand-rolled tools but in lieu of that, makes sense to ship something, so lgtm 👍
