Should Gemfile.lock be part of the gemspec? Seems the file's not in git and is causing this:

Using responders (0.6.2) from git://github.com/plataformatec/responders.git (at master)
responders at /Users/jack/.rvm/gems/ree-1.8.7-2010.02/bundler/gems/responders-d79339d did not have a valid gemspec.
This prevents bundler from installing bins or native extensions, but that may not affect its functionality.
The validation message from Rubygems was:
["Gemfile.lock"] are not files

No, it should not be in the gemspec. :) Patch (or fork with pull request) please?
