Description of problem

Platformio's pio test by default runs all tests related to the specified environment. As the codebase grows it can get very impractical to run all the tests everytime, principally if one is trying to follow a TDD-like process. It could be usefull to add something like a -t option flag that allowed to select a single test to be run.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Checkout a project containing definitions for more then one single test.
  2. Run pio test

Actual Results

PlatformIO core builds and executes sequentially all the tests contained in the project.

Expected Results

It could be more practical to be able to select a single test to be run.
