Adds a new hardcoded workflow name (Copilot) to the deploy action’s workflow-run trigger population logic, so repositories using GitHub’s newer/commonly used Copilot workflows get included even if they are not discoverable via local workflow files or the GitHub API “dynamic/” listing.
