Augment error message when queue playback fails due to no PMS #113

Jay is seeing a bunch of support requests around users who are confused that they need a PMS to play some items from the queue. We currently show an error message and mention Plex Media Server, but we don't tell users where to get a PMS. Some users who installed the app through the Channel Store might not have any idea what a Plex Media Server is.

The /getplex URL is intended to be stable; when the download pages are revamped we could have a /getserver or something like that intended to improve the odds they'll download what they are looking for :)
