t/browser_start.t fails on some of my smoker systems:

# Failed test 'did not die'

# error = system not supported at /home/cpansand/.cpan/build/2019052919/Browser-Start-0.01-t7vYij/blib/lib/Browser/Start.pm line 62.

# Failed test 'called system'

# Failed test 'argumetns are not empty'

# Comparison matched (it should not).
t/browser_start.t ..
Dubious, test returned 3 (wstat 768, 0x300)
Failed 3/3 subtests

My first idea was that the failures correlate to the non-existence of a browser (e.g. firefox), but this does not seem to be the case.
