As rust-crypto doesn't appear to getting regular fixes, this pull request changes where rust-crypto is built from, as suggest by @suluke suggest here: #155

Not a huge fan of using a 3rd party fork, but until there's a replacement for rust-crypto we'll have to do with it.

Remove rust fmt from Travis
From plietar#208 rust fmt has been removed as it is still somewhat unstable.
