Doing a zip import on a server would put an instance over the memory monitoring limit (1.1G). This is an import that is a zip import and no refresh. It was always happening at the same point during the import even after a fresh restart so there must be some big spike in memory consumption due to a particular part of the import process

There is a savepoint every 10 element import: https://github.com/plomino/Plomino/blob/github-main/Products/CMFPlomino/PlominoDesignManager.py#L1194

Does it happen during the import or during the final db commit ?

Halfway through. Right after the 40 item save point.
