"Language Shared" items don't show in search from language folder #106

Items in the "Language Shared" folder don't show up in search results when you are in a language folder.

To see what i mean, use these steps to reproduce:

Create a site with two languages, English is one of them in this example
Upload a PDF file to /shared
Go to the /en part of the site
Search for the PDFs title
Observe that no results are shown.
Go to /shared again
Search for the PDFs title again, and the file will show.

I would say this is a bug, as language independent content should be found from all parts of the site.

This is on Plone 4.3.2 with p.a.m 1.2.1.
