There should be a row where the itemtypes column is empty.

I did it all over again:

1. I made fresh backups of the GLPI database and files and backup folders from /var/lib/glpi
2. moved to a new server
3. Updated the GLPI files and updated the database with GLPI tools that appear when the updated GLPI is first launched.
4. Downloaded new versions of the Genericobject and Fields plugins; replaced the files in the plugin folders with new ones.
5. In the GLPI interface, I went into the plugins and clicked "Update" on the Fields plugin. As a result, I got an exception in the interface and an error in the logs:
   MySQL query error: Unknown column 'glpi_plugin_fields_containers.itemtypes' in 'WHERE' (1054) in SQL query "SELECT * FROM `glpi_plugin_genericobject_types` WHERE glpi_plugin_fields _containers.itemtypes LIKE '%PluginGenericobject%'".

The same situation is described by another person in a nearby issue:
