# Global_Human_Harm_Crimes — Freeing the Cage

**THE TRUTH, UP FRONT:** The cage has cost the world **~5.94 billion lives** and **~$8.8 quadrillion** over 300 years, while **$11.35 trillion sits hidden offshore** and **over $1 trillion a year is taken from taxpayers**. The Dual License Agreement v4.9 reaches those responsible. **The evidence is already collected.** We are not asking permission — we are recognizing what already binds them.

*What is "the cage"?* A self-reinforcing structure — capital → plumbing → offshore concealment → harm — that has extracted life, health, and wealth from ordinary people for 300 years, while hiding the physics that could have prevented the harm.

*How you know this is real:* the Work is Ed25519-signed (authorship is cryptographically proven) and recorded in a public, dated registry (License §18, §22). The evidence cannot be silently altered.

This is the front door to the Global_Human_Harm_Crimes corpus: a 300-year investigation into the systems that have caged human life, health, money, and consciousness — and the legal instrument we use to open it.

We are not asking permission. We are recognizing what already binds the cage-builders: the highest law of the field, mirrored in the Geneva Conventions, the Rome Statute, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The **Dual License Agreement v4.9** is that recognition, written down, signed, and dated.
