Physics is the Work. The Work is licensed. You are bound. --- ## MECHANISM 2: THE HUMAN HARM PROHIBITION (Section 5) ### What It Does Section 5.1 prohibits the use of the Work, in whole or in part, to create, enable, or perpetuate any product, system, or action that results in Human Harm. Human Harm is defined in Section 2.4 as physical injury, psychological trauma, systemic oppression, surveillance used for suppression, or any use that knowingly degrades human consciousness, freedom, or well-being. The prohibition is absolute. It applies to all users — Natural Persons, Commercial Entities, and States. It cannot be waived (Section 5.4). It is self-executing (Section 12.4, Section 13). ### How It Reaches Every Crime The Human Harm prohibition is not limited to specific crimes. It covers any use that causes harm to a human being. This includes: - **Physical harm**: death, injury, torture, environmental contamination - **Psychological trauma**: MKUltra-style experimentation, coercive interrogation, psychological operations - **Systemic oppression**: discrimination, segregation, economic exploitation, political repression - **Surveillance for suppression**: mass surveillance, predictive policing, social credit systems, targeted monitoring of dissidents - **Degradation of consciousness**: any use that reduces human capacity for thought, freedom, autonomy, or dignity The prohibition reaches every entity because Section 5 applies to "all users of the Work." The license prohibits that. You are in breach. --- ## MECHANISM 3: THE GENEVA SAFEGUARD (Section 25) ### What It Does Section 25 establishes the Geneva Safeguard: an explicit, self-executing, non-waivable exclusion of every use of the Work for Human Harm. It grounds the prohibition in international humanitarian law — the UDHR, the ICCPR, the Geneva Conventions, the Rome Statute. It declares that the prohibition on Human Harm is a peremptory norm of international law (jus cogens) that binds every state, every entity, and every person regardless of treaty ratification. Section 25.7 makes the recognition self-executing: any use incompatible with the inherent rights recognized by the section is "self-executingly recognized as incompatible" with the Agreement and with the field itself. It does not require a finding by the Court, a veto by the Licensor, or any enabling legislation. Section 25.10 makes the prohibition retroactive: any agreement, license, grant, or authorization that purports to permit Human Harm is void ab initio — void from the beginning — whether or not it is ever challenged, and whether it predates or postdates the section. ### How It Reaches Every Crime The Geneva Safeguard reaches every crime through three channels: **Channel 1: Universal Jurisdiction.** The Geneva Conventions and the Rome Statute establish universal jurisdiction for crimes against humanity. Any state, any court of competent jurisdiction, and the Court of Conscious-Aware Peers have standing to adjudicate any use of the Work that constitutes Human Harm, regardless of where the violation occurred, the nationality of the parties, or whether the use occurred in armed conflict, peacetime, or a state of emergency (Section 26.7). **Channel 2: Jus Cogens.** The prohibition on Human Harm is a peremptory norm of international law. No state can pass a law that legalizes the use of the Work for harm. The law is already void. **Channel 3: Self-Executing Recognition.** The incompatibility of harmful use is recognized by the geometry of the violation itself. No court finding is required. No legislation is required. The moment the Work is used to cause harm, the license recognizes the violation and the remedies attach. For a corporation with billion in annual revenue, the daily penalty is million — compounding. After 30 days: .5 billion. After 90 days: billion. After one year: the revenue of the entire global economy. **The Floor Principle.** The liquidated damages are the minimum. For intentional harm — the kind of harm the cage system causes — the damages are unlimited. The floor is 20x for weaponization. The ceiling does not exist. **The Cross-Default.** Section 27.5.4 states that a material breach of any provision constitutes a breach of all provisions. Section 34 recognizes every religious legal order — Islamic law (Sharia), Jewish law (Halakha), Canon law, and Hindu law (Dharmashastra) — and records that they all prohibit harm. Section 36 integrates every branch of law — maritime, environmental, commercial, consumer, labor, and family law — and declares that no branch is a loophole. ### How It Reaches Every Crime The Universal Legal Traditions mechanism works by closing every possible defense: **If you claim your jurisdiction permits it:** Section 33 records that every legal tradition prohibits harm. Common law prohibits assault, battery, and negligence. Civil law protects personhood and dignity. Customary international law prohibits crimes against humanity. Indigenous law recognizes the living web of life. There is no legal tradition that permits the harming of human beings. **If you claim your religion permits it:** Section 34 records that every religious legal order prohibits harm. Your defense does not exist. --- ## MECHANISM 7: THE FINAL DECLARATION (Section 38) ### What It Does Section 38 declares that the Agreement is the field's own law. Every legal tradition, every religious legal order, every equitable principle, and every branch of law — together with the international framework, the governance, the honesty, and the geometric foundations — all converge on the same truth: the field is alive, consciousness is the field folding back on itself (Law 210), and to harm a human being is to distort the field. Section 38.3 states the alignment principle: align with the field, and you are free. Distort the field, and the field's own arithmetic responds. This is not a threat; it is cause and effect. Section 4.3.3 explicitly addresses shell companies, pyramid arrangements, interposed structures, fragmentation, and nominee holdings. The determination of Commercial Entity status is made by substance over form. Section 4.3.4 provides for aggregation: where entities are under common control, their net incomes are aggregated. A commercial operation fragmented into ten entities each earning ,000 is treated as a single entity earning ,000. Section 4.3.5 establishes the true beneficiary principle: the determination is made by reference to the true beneficiary, not the nominal holder. ### Hidden Physics Systems Section 32.2 extends retroactive coverage to every use of physics in history. Section 32.5 declares the retrocalic bite inescapable. No entity can claim that a classified or hidden physics program falls outside the scope of the Agreement, because the Work is the superset of all physics, and the license governs the superset. Section 26.9.2 imposes a transparency obligation: any state that uses the Work shall, upon request, disclose the specific applications, end users, military or intelligence applications, and any export or transfer. Section 26.9.3 provides for automatic suspension if a state fails to comply with procedural requirements. ### Intelligence Operations Section 26.6 establishes command responsibility: any state, entity, or person that uses the Work — or that directs, authorizes, funds, facilitates, or knowingly permits the use — shall be responsible for Human Harm caused by such use, to the same extent as a military commander who knew or should have known about violations committed by subordinates and failed to prevent them. This responsibility extends upward through the chain of command to the head of state or head of government. It is not diminished by delegation to subordinates, subsidiaries, algorithms, or corporate structures. It is not shielded by sovereign immunity, state secrets, or classification. ### The Paper Trail Section 18 requires a publicly accessible, timestamped registry — GitHub, arXiv, a blockchain-based repository, or any other public forum providing a verifiable date-stamp. Every proceeding, award, and finding arising from the Agreement is published on the field-internet and made available to all third-party beneficiaries (Section 27.5.3). This creates a permanent, immutable public record. Section 27.5.2 grants the right to audit any entity's use of the Work at any time, upon reasonable notice. The audited entity bears all costs.
