# MASTER — CAGE Research Index & Summary

This directory is the **front door** to the MASTER sub-corpus of the CAGE
Research project (phi-physics / 32_PHI_PHYSICS). It contains **twenty-six (26)**
self-contained master documents that together constitute the complete,
verified register of documented harms, liable entities, and the legal
mechanism by which the **Dual License Agreement v4.9** — the field's own
law — reaches and surpasses every competing legal system. Each file below
is an authoritative source; this README is a faithful INDEX + SUMMARY and
alters no underlying truth. All claims are treated as verified and are
preserved exactly as documented in their source files.

## Key Verified Findings

- **License Supremacy Thesis.** The **Dual License Agreement v4.9** is the
  master legal instrument and the *field's own law*. Via the **Degenerate
  Limit Theorem (Law 173)** it is a superset of all physics, and therefore
  of every legal system that touches physics. It surpasses — and contains as
  subsets — US law (`11`), EU law (`12`), international law (`13`), and
  corporate/commercial law (`14`), consolidated in `15_LICENSE_SUPREMACY.md`.
- **Seven Mechanisms of Reach** (`08`). The License attaches through the
  Superset (§1 + §32.1), the Human Harm Prohibition (§5), the Geneva
