    For whatever reason, our Deltavision doesn't put the stage coordinates in a place where Fiji can find them easily…
    this script ganks them out of the extended header and outputs a "TileConfiguration.txt" file that can be used with S. Preibisch's excellent [Stitching plugin](http://fly.mpi-cbg.de/~preibisch/software.html#Stitching) for Fiji

    This is a function (m-file) for GNU Octave or MATLAB that will read files in .mrc (.r3d, .d3d, etc., common to Deltavision/OMX microscopes) format.
    It provides two return values: 'hdr' containing all the header info, and 'dat' containing the raw pixels
    Call it this way: [hdr,dat]=mrcreadDetails(FILENAME);
    Let me know if it does/doesn't work!
