https://coveralls.io/github/pmd/pmd

This is the last built commit: 21a5e47

The next commit to master is this one: 74cf7dc

And right next PMD 6.5.0 was released.

Indeed, we need to execute the "package" phase, so that the shade plugin is executed and the build works... (currently, only "test" is executed).

This seems to be the same issue I had with running test alone failing.

That's not all - coveralls plugin needs jaxb, which has been removed from JDK11 SE - since it is a EE feature (http://openjdk.java.net/jeps/320).
Hope, I get it working soon...

The previous fix was not enough. Coveralls maven plugin depends on
javax.xml.bind, which has been removed with JDK11, since it is
a EE feature.

Workaround is now, to add the jaxb-api as a plugin dependency, so
that the utility class javax.xml.bind.DatatypeConverter is
available.

Fixes #1317
