made of and used to be LSPK-Extractor by RGBA-CRT I only copied and made it compatible with GOD EATER 3.

usage
- Download GE3-Extractor.zip and unzip to target dir.
- D&D .pk files to GE3-Extractor.exe

- the CRC Table has been different with before and there is an additional 4 bytes File Header in pkh file.
