Offline Desktop apps for Tipitaka.app CST

New offline apps to run on Windows (64 bit and 32 bit), Mac (arm and intel) and Linux computers.

Please download the relevant one for your OS, extract (IMPORTANT) and run the tipitaka_app_xxx binary inside

Windows: If you see a 'Windows protected your PC' warning, click More Info -> Run Anyway.

for 32 bit windows machines - download this 32bit.windows.zip file and replace the contents of the normal windows zip file with these files
