Documentation for cmdlet Add-PnPFileSensitivityLabel doesn't mention billing requirements.
Expected behavior
Documentation issue, not an issue in code.
Actual behavior
The code properly errors with a detailed exception.
Steps to reproduce behavior
Run the cmdlet with an app registration without the correct API biling setup.
