Expected behavior

I use the plugin "Duplicate Post" to duplicate episodes so I don't have to configure everything from scratch. We just released an episode that was originally duplicated.

Actual behavior

When duplicating a new episodes, two issues arise:

  • First, the statistics somehow get duplicated too (see screenshot, upper episode is the recent duplicated released 2 days ago, lower is the original). Not quite sure how this will continue.
  • Second, the GUID is duplicated too. This caused Spotify not to catch the episode. Maybe it would be useful to implement a "duplicate GUID warning"?

1 HINWEIS (no dealbreaker, but should be fixed if possible):

  • The PHP setting "open_basedir" is not empty. This is incompatible with curl, a library required by Podlove Publisher. We have a workaround in place but it is preferred to fix the issue. Please ask your hoster to unset "open_basedir".
