I can reproduce the following behaviour: whichever feed's settings (limit & name for example) I edit and save, that feeds media asset is used for all other feeds of the same asset category (audio), see. All entries are linked to .m4a, after saving some change in the settings of the m4a-feed. If I rename the Opus or MP3 feeds, or change their limit, the m4a feed is linked to those media files.

Maybe since the feed caches were introduced, the feeds aren't totally isolated against each other?
