Support for other gaming mice (using libratbag)

I'd like to suggest adding support for the libratbag library. This library has support for many non-Razer peripherals, and I think that it would help Polychromatic be more vendor agnostic.

That would be nice, although there's no Python library or bindings to enable a seamless integration.

That's no problem since it uses D-Bus, and the interface would be pretty similar to the purpose of OpenRazer's Python library. Their GUI piper is written in Python, and has its own interface which could be used as a reference.
