Steps to reproduce

On the sample editor page:
Adjust start / end points, press apply, then switch to another instrument by pressing [instrument] and selecting another sample with wheel. (it says saving sample)

Now switch back again to the first sample that was cropped by pressing [instrument] and selecting it and the sample is now replaced by something else. One time it was a sample i used in another project, another time a short part of another sample, one time loud white noise and lastly complete silence.
