[1.3.0] Screen garbled when switching pages in Instrument Parameters

Steps to reproduce

• Turn the Tracker on
• New Project
• Load any sample
• Go into Pattern view
• Select the instrument pressing Instrument button

Then the bug:

1 - Press Instrument parameters
2- Press Effects
3- Press Instrument parameters twice

-> Screen garbled at the button right labels

You should be able to get the bug in any project by following the sequence above.

More info: Not only the labels are garbled. The screen buttons behavior after the bug is wrong and the back button only works if you press it twice.
