Pancakes

Note

Could be fluffier.

Ingredients

Servings: many

Dry

Ingredients Amounts
Baking powder 3/4 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon 1/3 tsp
Flour 2 cups
Sugar 3/4 tsp

Wet

Ingredients Amounts
Butter/Oil 1 tbsp (for large pan)
Coconut/Olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Fruit (optional) 1 cup
Milk 1 1/2 cups (for fine flour)
Vanilla 2 drops

Steps

  1. Mix dry/wet ingredients (leave out oil and fruit) in separate bowls
  2. Mix the wet into the dry
  3. Mix in coconut/olive oil
  4. Stir in fruit
  5. Preheat pan to medium heat
  6. Heat butter/oil on pan
  7. Add batter (large spoon preferred)
  8. Flip once the edge of the pancake/s starts to brown and the batter starts to bubble
  9. Remove pancake/s once the other side is cooked
  10. Let pancake/s set for a couple minutes
