<h1>How to follow commits<a class="headerlink" href="#how-to-follow-commits" title="Permalink to this headline">¶</a></h1>
<p>With the svn collective, you used to follow commits by subscribing to the
<a class="reference external" href="mailto:collective-checkins&#37;&#52;&#48;lists&#46;sourceforge&#46;net">collective-checkins<span>&#64;</span>lists<span>&#46;</span>sourceforge<span>&#46;</span>net</a> mailing list.</p>
<p>With github it can be achieved by using a private RSS feed.</p>
<p>First, you have to be part of the <em>collective</em> organization on github. Then
you have to go to your dashboard screen and make sure your current context
is on this organization.</p>
<p>Your dashboard screen is simply <a class="reference external" href=""></a> when you are logged in.
There you see tabs <em class="guilabel">News Feed</em>, <em class="guilabel">Your Actions</em>, and so
on. Above the tabs on the left, there is a dropdown that allows you to
switch your account context. Select <em>collective</em>, and look for the
<em class="guilabel">News Feed</em> RSS link on the right.</p>
