Steps to reproduce:

log in to the console as glua/password
load a model and set a filter by clicking on a link (the dashboard now shows a subset of the model)
use the rest api (same user) and query the model:

curl -u "glua:password" "http://localhost:8080/console/rest/v1/glu-dev-1/model/live?prettyPrint=true"

note that the same filter used in the ui is applied to the query.

REST should be using the systemFilter parameter to provide a filter and when there isn't one then it should be the full unfiltered model.
