Using 1.5.1.

I added 3 users and that was fine.
As I added more and more users that seemed fine, but then I noticed that I don't see them on the list at /console/admin/user/list
I see only the first 4 users (admin and 3 more I added).
If I try to re-add the users that I don't see in the list, then I get an error about unique key, so I realize they were inserted and suppose it's just about the list not showing them

It definitely looks like a bug. I will take a look

I don't know, it's strange, I added even more users (20 users) but only 14 of them are displayed on the users list page. It's strange but consistent in the way that it's always the same 14

I know it is not a fix but try to add ?max=100 to the url and it should display all of them. I am very puzzled on why this is happening as I am using the standard grails way of retrieving a list of entries from the database. Here is my experiment:

[action:list, controller:user, __nvbe:Admin, max:4, sort:username]
8
[org.linkedin.glu.console.domain.User : 1, org.linkedin.glu.console.domain.User : 2, org.linkedin.glu.console.domain.User : 3, org.linkedin.glu.console.domain.User : 4, org.linkedin.glu.console.domain.User : 5, org.linkedin.glu.console.domain.User : 6, org.linkedin.glu.console.domain.User : 7, org.linkedin.glu.console.domain.User : 8]
[org.linkedin.glu.console.domain.User : 1, org.linkedin.glu.console.domain.User : 3]

First line shows the params: I am asking for 4 maximum. There are 8 entries in the db which is what the second line tells me. The 3rd line lists them all. The 4th line run the list with restriction and it returns 2 entries...

This seems to be utterly wrong to me and seems to be coming from an issue with grails

Created an issue with grails: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GRAILS-7175 and implemented a workaround in 1.7.1
