I’m hoping you can identify what I’m doing wrong with your guide to install OpenBSD onto my Scaleway VC1 amd64 VPS.
I load the rescue mode boot script, download and write miniroot63.iso to /dev/vda. Then return the boot script to the std kernel before rebooting. But it doesn’t boot into the OpenBSD boot>; it just boots the linux kernel. Here’s an edited transcript of the process.
The existing OpenBSD /dev/vda4 partition is from the attempt just prior to this. I neglected to copy the session the first time I followed your guide.
