feat(mockups): Add design for notifications

Design of the notification to let a user know that the system is ready to reboot. The notification shows only when a user is going to Refresh OS and the system requires updating the recovery partition first. More specifically, this notification appears when the recovery partition has been updated. We need it in case a user continued working while waiting for the update.
