Fails to start - invalid memory address or nil pointer on arm 1.18 and 1.19 #2400

Bug description

I can install and run portainer:arm but portaimer:linux-arm and all other arm variants fail with

2018/10/25 15:18:25 Migrating database from version 0 to 12.
panic: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference
[signal SIGSEGV: segmentation violation code=0x1 addr=0x4 pc=0x120eac]

Technical details:

I'm running docker 17.03.2-ce on an odroid xu4
Linux server 3.10.96-113 #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Jul 6 22:19:28 UTC 2016 armv7l armv7l armv7l GNU/Linux
I run the following to create the container:
docker run -d -p 9000:9000 --name portainer -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock -v portainer_data:/data portainer/portainer:linux-arm-1.19.2

Looks like you are migrating from a really old instance of Portainer. Can you try to re-create the portainer_data volume before attempting to deploy Portainer?
