Rename "local" endpoint, breaks it #476

Description

Rename the local endpoint, and it doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Run a new Portainer with -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock
  2. Create a local endpoint
  3. Rename It
  4. It not working anymore

Technical details:

  • Portainer version: 1.11.1
  • Portainer Docker image tag (latest/arm/windows...): latest
  • Platform (windows/linux): macOS & linux
