Improving the UI of the Forks Tab #84

If I'm working on multiple forks, the "All Forks" tab gets very confusing. It took me a while to figure it out, but I think right now, if a fork is "merged," it turns black and can no longer be edited.

It would be better if a fork is "merged," that it disappears from the first page and is just visible in the "merged" category (sort of like how "Trash" works in the All Posts page). Otherwise, your forks page gets cluttered with lots of old forks that are no longer useful.

It's also very difficult to distinguish one fork from another on this page because they all have the same name. It might be useful to be able to give forks "Labels" so that you can keep track of which fork is which.
