Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8080 #240

Frontend app is not working after installation. On the http://localhost:3000/ i get error:

I added error log to getInitialProps() and this log from the console:

All containers looks fine

Does anybody know how I can fix it ?
