Need httpbin docker image for ppc64le

Hi,
I am running the build and test for https://github.com/epinna/weevely3 as a part of the Ubuntu distribution for ppc64le.
This helps us simplify testing later when distributions are re-building and re-releasing.

During the build and test, I found that one of the tests is failing because it is not able to run kennethreitz/httpbin:latest. Pl. refer to https://travis-ci.com/github/gururajrkatti/weevely3/jobs/443369436.

I understand that the docker image kennethreitz/httpbin:latest is intel specific. Hence it cant be run on the other architectures. Is it possible for you to build and publish the image for ppc64le (Linux on power -little endian)
